1. What payment methods do you accept?

    At Epiluta, we offer a variety of secure and flexible payment options to accommodate your preferences. You can pay using:

    2. How to check the shipment information of an order?

      After the order is shipped, you will have a tracking number, and you will be able to track the package on the tracking tool of the logistics company. We will send the tracking number to your email. Usually you can track it on www.17track.netOr check it on the shipping company's official website.

      3. How long does it take to ship the product?

        4. If I buy a standard product and return it, how long will it take to receive a refund?

          Your refund is usually available within two business days, depending on the bank or credit card company.

          5. Do I need to pay customs fees and import duties for my order?

          No, customs fees and import taxes are borne by us and do not need to be paid by customers.

          6. Can I cancel my order?

          We can only process cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped. Please email us at support@epiluta.com with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.

          Once an order is in shipped status, we cannot cancel the order.

          7. I need to change my order information, what should I do?

          You can make changes to your order information within the first 12 hours if the order has not been sent out yet.
