Thanks for shopping with Epiluta. Our goal is to offer you the quality shipping options. Please note: Shipments may be delayed in special circumstances, such as during official public holidays.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will start preparing your order immediately after confirmation.

Please Note: Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placing the order. If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please email support@epiluta.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we will no longer accept any change requests to the order.

Order Processing Time

It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that all packages are shipped from Epiluta. For customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping in Epiluta.

Tracking

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 24 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@epiluta.com, and we will check the situation with the transportation company on time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
  • Please note that these delivery times may be affected by natural conditions such as holidays and weather, and may also be delayed due to customs authorities in your country; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
  • Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. 
  • Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
  • Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
  • There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us (support@epiluta.com) in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item's delivery. And we will refund all of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
